The focus of this role is to develop meaningful relationships with existing eaHELP clients and providers throughout the engagement (relationship between eaHELP, the client and the Executive Assistant (EA)). Additionally, the EA Relationship Manager serves as a “coach” to our clients and providers, ensuring the most productive and satisfying EXPERIENCE for both parties in the relationships. Our EA Relationship Manager will demonstrate our expertise and gratitude by serving as a trusted advisor. Additionally, they will demonstrate responsiveness & professionalism, own the details, be organizationally and technologically savvy, and conduct relational & efficiency coaching at all times.
This role also includes serving as a member of the Corporate Team, including monthly calls and bi-annual on-site meetings, ad-hoc meetings, and serving as an example of the company’s mission: eaHELP exists to glorify God by ... sourcing People and Services that ignite a leader's possibilities and results. This role is a full-time, W-2 role with our company. The anticipated weekly hours are expected to fluctuate, but expected to average 40 per week. If you join eaHELP, you’ll be joining a world-class organization.
The focus of the Business Development Rep (BDR) role is to actively seek and develop meaningful relationships with eaHELP prospects during the sales cycle, through both incoming and outgoing lead generation efforts, with the end result of generating net new business for eaHELP. Additionally, the BDR acts as a “filter” to our company/brand by keeping the bad clients (aka jerks) away … thus making our EAs & Corp Team happier, and protecting our brand in the marketplace. Our BDRs demonstrate responsiveness, professionalism, own the details, they are organization savvy, and conduct relational selling at all times.

eaHELP is looking for Executive Assistants (EA) who specialize in supporting senior-level management clientele. This position requires the EA to serve as the client’s representative, which demands poise, discretion, confidentiality and exceptional people skills.
Additionally, the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role. The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience in developing relationships in a highly-matrixed organization as well as experience in handling the administrative and executive support related tasks with minimal supervision.
The expectations of eaHelp and their clients include developing a working knowledge of that client’s duties, habits and preferences in order to maximize their effectiveness regarding scheduling, filter email/phone communications, or other various clerical duties. In addition, EA’s will manage the workflow and execute on campaigns using a full array of social media tools & services.
The ideal person must be energetic, creative, and internet-savvy; immersed in what it means to "live life online". Those with daily use of twitter, blogs, message boards and social networks are preferred. EA’s provide sophisticated administrative support by conducting research, assisting with report preparation, handling informational requests, and performing various clerical functions including correspondence and scheduling.
